BOOKING LETTER

Thank you for booking with us.

Please download the booking form, print and fill in as much information as possible plus any additional requirements including refreshments.

Post a copy to us within 5 days and include a cheque for your deposit (a minimum of £50 per car is required or you may pay partial or full amount if preferred). The balance will be due either in cash at first point of collection on day of hire*, or by cheque at least 10 days prior to day of hire.

*If paying balance in cash - please ensure you make this available to the driver as soon as he arrives at your pick-up address.

Any quote given is for the job details as agreed at the time of enquiry - for any additional trips, drop-offs etc. you will need to contact us prior to the day to check if the times and cost will be affected.

Any drinks or additional requirements which were agreed at time of booking should be detailed on the form - if they are not, or should you require additional items please let us know at least 5 days prior to day of hire.
Extra bottles are available @ £10 (for standard) or £25 (for extra special) per bottle - these may not be available on day of hire, so to avoid disappointment - if you require extra please telephone in advance to arrange this or mark clearly on your booking form.
